We encourage members to have someone pick up their share (a house sitter? a friend in need?) but if you have no options, please e-mail hedgeviewfarm@gmail.com and we will be happy to make accommodations.
How does the pickup work?

Come to the farm on Wednesdays between 4:30pm and 6:00pm. In our pick up area, there will be a bin with your name on it. Transfer the contents of the bin to your own bag and that's it! Someone will be onsite to help between 4:30pm and 6pm, but it's ok to come later if you can't make that pick up window.

No, but this is because we aim to have the veggies ready to go for 4:30pm and having early pick ups unfortunately interrupts our process.

No problem! If you can’t make it to the farm for the pick up time, your veggie basket will be waiting on the shelf in the Milkhouse. Just be sure that you make it on your designated pick up date.

Please try to send someone on your behalf but if you have no options, send an e-mail to Brenna (hedgeviewfarm@gmail.com) and your veggies can be set aside for you. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accomodate!

If you forget your veggie basket altogether, the veggies won’t be wasted. We usually donate all forgotten veggies to those in need or a farm volunteer.

Please bring your own grocery bag or bin to the pick up so you can transfer the veggies from your bin to your own bags, etc.

We are welcoming volunteers back on the farm this season - in particular over our garlic season. If you wish to spend some hours volunteering on the farm, please reach out! Jobs may include picking items like beans/peas, harvesting garlic, cleaning garlic and weeding garden beds. Volunteers need to come prepared with sun protection, water and a lunch. Volunteers go home with veggies of course!

Our online store processes full payments but if you would like to do split payments, no problem, please e-mail hedgeviewfarm@gmail.com. Typically we request a 50% deposit at the time of ordering and the remainder due May 1st. However, we do happily offer flexible options in smaller increments. We just ask that payment dates are agreed upon beforehand so that expectations are clear.
